The Life of NANCY ANN MORROW
Nancy A. Morrow, 75, passed away August 7, 2013, in Des Moines. She was born in Des Moines on October 8, 1937, to Lloyd and Margaret (Walner) Smith.
Nancy was a lifelong resident of Des Moines, graduating from East High School in 1955. She worked as a nurse at Lutheran Hospital and Luther Park Private Nursing until retiring in 1991. In her younger years she enjoyed traveling around the country and camping with her husband, Robert. Most recently, she enjoyed her frequent trips to Prairie Meadows.
Nancy is survived by her sons, John (Tammy) Morrow, Steven Morrow, and Thomas (Martha) Morrow; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, August 12, 2013, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines.
