The Life of Evelyn Albert

EVELYN MILDRED (SHAW) ALBERT WARSAW, KY. – Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013, at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, 65 N. Broad St., Canfield Chapel, for Evelyn Mildred (Shaw) Albert, longtime resident of Austintown, who passed on June 24, 2013, in Warsaw. Evelyn was born March 24, 1917, in East Liverpool, a daughter of the late Thomas and Ola Clegg Shaw. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Joe, in 1987; her son, Fred, in 2010, as well as four younger brothers. She is survived by her son, J. James of Corcoran, Calif. and his wife, Elma and daughter Brenda Cormell of Hebron, Ky. and her companion, Dennis Gyure; as well as a younger sister, Mary McKinney. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, Evelyn Albert, Nicole Rocha, Joseph James Albert II, Mason Emmett, Joseph Cormell, Amy Cormell, and Jennifer Davidson. In addition there are 17 surviving great-grandchildren and one deceased. She will be remembered especially for her faith in Jesus Christ, her sense of humor, and her writing ability.
