The Life of BRYAN JAMES JOHNSON
Bryan J. Johnson age 53 of Des Moines, IA, passed away February 6, 2013, as a result of Colon, and Liver Cancer complications.
Bryan was born in Des Moines, Iowa, on August 23, 1959, the son of Tex and Shirley Mae (Wolfkill) Johnson.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley Mae Wolfkill; father, Tex (Linda) Johnson; brother, Mark Johnson; step-sister, Kelly (Eric) Miller and family; step-brother, Matt Kern; and many other family members and friends.
Bryan will be remembered for his positive attitude, and approach in dealing with his diagnosis, and treatment. He had a unique wit and sense of humor that will be missed. Bryan had a simple, kind nature and attitude toward life. Bryan''s Pet Name given to him by his Mother was " Brynne." Brynne, you will be missed, and we all Love You.
A Memorial Service will be held in Des Moines, Sunday, February 10, 2013, by his Mother, and Family in a Private Ceremony.
A second Memorial Service will be held in Minneapolis, MN, Saturday, February 23, 2013, by his Father and Family at Woodlake Lutheran Church, in Richfield, MN.
Urn interment will be held at a later date at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
