The Life of KAREN KAY SPRAY
Karen Kay Spray, 71, passed away peacefully at Altoona Nursing and Rehab on Friday, March 8, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Karen was born April 1, 1941, in Lovilla, Iowa, to Gertrude and Russell Phillips. Karen enjoyed sewing, quilting, needlework, and crafts.
Karen is survived by her children, Kelly (Dave) Michael, Deno (Pam) Spray, Larry (Terri) Spray II, Peggy (John) Maschke, and Angel (Keith) Schneider; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three brothers; and one sister.
She is preceded in death by her parents. and husband, Larry Spray, Sr.
