The Life of REBECCA JEAN HUDSON
Becky Hudson, 50, passed away on January 26, 2013 at the Iowa Health Hospice Taylor House.
She was born March 10, 1962 in Forest City, Iowa to Margaret and Vincent Olson. Becky was a great Mom. She was very proud of being a Mom. Becky loved to bake, travel, cook and make friends. But most of all her boys were her life.
Becky will be missed by many who loved her and supported her during her battle with cancer. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Brad; her sons, Adam, Blake and Joseph; her father Vincent Olson (Irene); her siblings, Claudia (Tom) Sheets of LeMars, Brad Olson of Minneapolis and Mary Jo Walton of Woodbury, Mn. Her nieces and nephews, Amy Sheets, Jacob Sheets, Megan Markson, Daniel Olson, Sydney Walton, Marcus Walton and Allison and Morgan Hudson.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 517 SW Des Moines Street, Ankeny. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens is handling services.
