The Life of Eugenie M. Jaeger

Parents- Erasme & Eliza (Benoit) Lahaise Sister of Adeline Lahaise(1893-1889), Rita Lahaise (1883-1967), Charles Louis Lahaise(1885-1965), Edward Lahaise (1888-1962 & Henri Lahaise (1900-1962) Married Fuerchtegott W. Jaeger on May 31, 1934 in Boston My Great Aunt "Jean" was one of the most cultured, refined and classiest woman I have ever had the privilege of Knowing. I used to love listening to her stories of traveling to exotic places, attending the symphony, art exhibitions and the Theatre. She had so many of them. I remember, as I grew older, thinking that these were just some stories she would tell to keep me occupied. Her life seemed like a fairytale. It wasn't until a few years ago, when I decided to do a little family history, that I found out they were all TRUE! What I wouldn't give to hear more of her tales! Lovingly remembered, Your Niece Pamela
