The Life of JERRY FAY LEMLEY
Jerry F. Lemley, 87, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 15, 2012 in Cathedral City, CA.
Jerry was born December 29, 1924 in Melrose.
He retired as a comptroller for Des Moines Cold Storage after working 30 plus years.
Jerry was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Des Moines.
Prior to moving to Rancho Mirage to live with his son Michael, he had lived in Urbandale for 19 years.
Jerry is survived by his son, Michael Lemley.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sara B. Lemley.
Graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, October 4, at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association in loving memory of Jerry.
