The Life of EVELYN VIRGINIA HERMAN
Evelyn Herman, 90, of Lakeland, Florida, formerly of Des Moines and Ankeny, died September 18, 2012 at Valencia Hills Nursing and Rehab in Lakeland, FL. A graveside service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in Des Moines.
Mrs. Herman was born in Des Moines and lived there, in Ankeny, and Cleveland, MN before moving to Florida in 1977. She was a member of Capital Hill Church of Christ, Thousand Trails, and All Seasons.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Henry in 1989. Survivors include a niece, Rebecca Lyons; nephews: Roger and Ronald Herman; and her friend in Florida, Diane Fowler.
