The Life of LILLIAN MAXINE BARTLETT
Lillian M. Bartlett, 89, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center.
Lillian was born March 17, 1923, in Waucoma, Iowa, to Lyle and Ruth Squires. She retired from Mercy Hospital in 1985, where she had worked as a dietary technician for many years. Lillian enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and crafts.
Lillian is survived by her sons, William (Yolanda) Sjullie, Ronald (Karen) Sjullie, and Tom (Karen) Sjullie; brothers, Clifford and Frank; sisters, Peggy, Sandy, and Delores; 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hubert Sjullie; daughter, Barbara; sisters, Jawan, Virginia, Dorothy, Jean, and Patricia; and her brother, Lyle.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, August 6, 2012, at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
