The Life of Joseph H. Czajkowski

Joseph H. Czajkowski, age 61, husband to Linda Esposito Czajkowski and resident of Ansonia, died unexpectedly on May 26. He was born in Derby on Dec. 23, 1950, son of the late Hypolit & Josephine Synos Czajkowski. Joseph worked as a millwright for Sikorsky Aircraft in Stratford. He was a parishioner of the Church of the Assumption in Ansonia, a member of the Eagle Hose Hook & Ladder Co. in Ansonia, was an avid fan of the Yankees & Giants and loved going to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. In addition to his loving wife, he leaves to cherish his memory his two sons, Joseph P. Czajkowski & his wife Amanda and Matthew J. Czajkowski, both of Ansonia, three grandchildren, Victoria, Joseph Jr. & Thomas Czajkowski, all of Ansonia, three sisters, Josephine Antico & Ann Petro, both of Shelton and Regina Blizman & her husband Michael of Beacon Falls and several nieces, nephews and grand nieces & nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday May 30, with friends asked to go directly to The Church of the Assumption, 61 North Cliff St. Ansonia, at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Ansonia. Friends may call on Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Jenkins King & Malerba Funeral Home, 12 Franklin St. Ansonia.
