Emil Leo Penko (1925-2012) | Memorial services for Emil Leo Penko will be held 4 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 5230 SOM Center Road, Willoughby, OH 44094-4206. Mr. Penko passed away April 25, 2012. Born in Fairport Harbor Dec. 17, 1925, he was a longtime resident of Willoughby and then Kirtland. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Phyllis (Pevarski); four children, Sharon (Jack) Crail of Aurora, Patricia (Gary) Lundberg of Novelty, Gary and John Penko of Kirtland; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, Stanley Penko of Euclid and Charles Penko of Chardon; and many nieces and nephews and their families. His parents, Joseph and Mary (Kapel) Penko; and brother, Joseph Penko, are deceased.
