The Life of Darlene M Davis
DARLENE M. DAVIS NORTH JACKSON – Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Bailey Road Baptist Church for Darlene M. Davis, 64, who passed away Thursday morning at Hospice House. Darlene was born Dec. 9, 1947, in Braceville, the daughter of Edmond and Vera (Atkin) Kraft. She was a graduate of Fitch High School and had worked as a clerk for Hallmark Greeting Cards Stores in Canfield, Girard, and Austintown. Darlene was a member of the Bailey Road Baptist Church, its Women’s Missionaries Group, and had helped with the church library. She enjoyed scrap booking and traveling. Darlene leaves her husband, James Davis, whom she married June 7, 1971. She also leaves two children, James V. (Michelle) Davis of Toledo and Jennifer (Steve Brenneman) Davis of Cleveland; one brother, Edward Kraft of Niles; one sister, Bonnie Smith of Liberty; as well as six grandchildren, Davis, Corin, Jimmy, Alisa, Gavin, and Veronica. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Bailey Road Baptist Church, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday.
