The Life of Stanley Borack

Stanley Joseph Borack, 90, of Milford, formerly of Seymour, the beloved husband of the late Louise Monaco Borack, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday March 27, 2012 at the Golden Hill Health Care of Milford. He was born in Milford on Feb. 2, 1922, son of the late Andrew and Mary Kowtko Borack. Stanley was a retired inspector for Sikorsky Aircraft of Stratford where he worked for 35 years. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, serving with the rank of PFC and was a Military Policeman with the 210th Military Police Company. Stanley had served during WWII in the Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland and Central Europe Campaigns. He was a member of Emlil Senger Post No. 10, American Legion of Seymour. Stanley was a parishioner of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Seymour. His loving family includes his caring sister Sopie Olenski of Milford, his beloved brother Edward Martin Borack of Milford and several cherished nieces and nephews. He also leaves his cherished dog "Prince". He was predeceased by his beloved brothers Andrew, Joseph and Peter Boarck. A funeral service in celebration of Stanley's life was held on Friday March 30, 2012 at the Miller-Ward Funeral Home in Seymour with Father Adan Rodrigues, Pastor of Our Lady of the Rosary Chapel of Monroe, officiating. Interment with military honors accorded was in the family plot at Pine Gorve Cemetery in Ansonia.
