The Life of Frederick C. Prasse

PRASSE FRED C. PRASSE, born on Oct. 4, 1918 in South Euclid, beloved husband of the late Dorothy (nee Bourne), passed away March 16, 2012. He is survived by three children: Fred (Liz), Ted and Hank (Lona), sisters Alberta Barnes and Margaret Shortle, sister-in-law Ruth Yenc, cousin Paul (Marilyn), grandchildren Rick, Joel, Matt (Liz), Andrew and Becca, five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and their families. Preceded in death by infant son Henry E., brothers Herbert and Melvin, sister-in-law Betty, and brothers-in-law Ross Barnes and Bob Shortle. President of the Kent State Student Body, World War II U.S. Army Air Corps Veteran, lawyer and Director of Union Relations for CEI, Board President of West Geauga Local Schools for decades, husband, father and grandfather. He lived an active life full of accomplishments. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association , Kent State University or the West Geauga Services Saturday 11 a.m. at the Main Chapel of the Western Reserve Memorial Gardens
