The Life of MARY ELIZABETH MEDICI
Mary Medici, 70, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012, at Mercy Hospice House in Johnston. She was born January 4, 1942, in Des Moines, to James and Lilly Medici.
She enjoyed cross stitching, cooking, boating and most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Mary is survived by her children, Denise (Joe) Corso, Laura (Clark) Trotter, Ruth (Larry) Mott, and Fred Rummans; and her grandchildren, Justin Corso, Aaron Corso, Brandon Trotter, Trevor Trotter, and Danielle Mott. She is preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Vernon, Roy, and Robert Medici.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at Highland Memory Gardens, 1 NE 60th Avenue. The family will greet friends from 12 to 2 p.m. Wednesday, at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens.
