The Life of Joseph Berchman Daigle
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 20, 2006 at Delhomme Funeral Home in Broussard, LA for Joseph Berchman Daigle, 73, who passed away Monday, September 18, 2006 at his residence.
Reverend Peter Emusa, Associate Pastor of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church will conduct the funeral services.
Interment will take place at Lafayette Memorial Park.
Mr. Daigle, a native of Church Point, LA, was the son of the late Amos Daigle and the former Beluah Richard.
Survivors include wife, Ethel C. Daigle of Lafayette; three daughters, Lucy Arceneaux and husband, Carl of Lafayette, Cabrini Broussard of Lafayette and Denise Skinner and husband, Rod of Lafayette; five grandchildren, Carole Arceneaux, Adrienne Arceneaux, Amber Broussard, Christopher Skinner and Robert Skinner, II; and two brothers, Joseph C. Daigle of Lafayette and James M. Daigle of Lafayette.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joseph L. Daigle.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM and continue Wednesday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
A rosary will be recited Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the funeral home.
Pallbearers will include Rod Skinner, Carl Arceneaux, Joseph C. Daigle, Eddie Louvierre, Glen LeBlanc and Nick Campo. Honorary pallbearers will include Christopher Skinner and Robert Skinner, II.
