The Life of Evelyn Ann Rabeaux

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 11, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Evelyn Ann Rabeaux, 52, who passed away Friday, December 8, 2006 at her residence.

Reverend Gilbert Dutel, Pastor of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, will conduct the funeral services.

Interment will take place in Lafayette Memorial Park.

Ms. Rabeaux, a native of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Paul Carlton Rabeaux and the former Delta Jean Viator both of Youngsville. She was employed by U.S.A. Super Stop in Sulphur, LA.

Survivors include two sons, Daniel Wayne Castolenia and wife, Stacey of Beaumont, Texas, and Derrick Michael Castolenia of Moss Bluff, La; one daughter, Dawn Marie Martin and husband, Eddie L. Martin, Jr. of Nederland, Texas; four grandchildren, Taylor Desormeaux, Madison Martin, Dylan Castolenia, and Isabella Castolenia; four sisters, Rita Dixon of Gainsboro, TN, Elda Trahan of Lafayette, Carlean Lavernge of Groves, TX, and Patricia Fretz and husband, Kinney of Beaumont, TX; two brothers, Michael Roberts of Lafayette, and Louis Rabeaux and wife, Sue of Cankton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Linda Guedry; and one brother-in-law, Aaron Trahan.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed Monday from 9:00 AM until time of service.

A rosary will be recited Monday at 10:00 AM in the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include Lucas Hay, Daniel Castolenia, Derrick Castolenia, Eddie Lee Martin, Jr., Louis Rabeaux, and Mike Roberts.
