The Life of Iva Mae Loveland

IVA MAE LOVELAND, 91 BOARDMAN – Iva Mae Loveland, 91, passed away at 3 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Center in Boardman. Mrs. Loveland was born March 7, 1920, in Newton Township, the daughter of the late Robert and Tennetta (Alan) Wilson, and resided in Newton Falls and Canfield all of her life. A 1938 graduate of Newton Falls High School, Mrs. Loveland was a homemaker and attended the Canfield Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening. Mrs. Loveland was married June 28, 1941, to Ralph J. Loveland, and he preceded her in death June 16, 1989. Mrs. Loveland is survived by two sons, Leon W. (Mary Jo) of Ravenna and Robert A. (Irene) of Boardman; three grandchildren, Kimberly, Michele and Scot; and two great-grandchildren, Nick and Chloe. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Loveland was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Wilson. A funeral service will take place Tuesday, May 31, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Lane Funeral Home, Canfield Chapel, 65 N. Broad St. in Canfield, where family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home
