The Life of CHARLES WESLEY RIDDLE

Services for Charles Wesley Riddle, 81, of 2310 E. Fourteenth St., who died of cancer Thursday at Des Moines General Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bethel Open Bible Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. Mr. Riddle was a lifelong Des Moines resident, retireing in 1963 as a meter serviceman for the Des Moines Water Works. He was a charter member of Four Mile Open Bible Church. He is survived by two sons, Charles Jr. of Des Moines and Harold of St. Louis; eight daughters, Caroline Mikesell, Katheryn Chapman, Hazel Seiberling, Janet Spevack and Geraldine Blacksmith, all of Des Moines, Mary Vos of Mitchellville, Gloria Storey of Woodward and Gladys Myrick of Mobile, AL; a sister, Sadie Mace of Richmond, CA; 46 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
