The Life of GARY L JOHNSON
Gary L. Johnson, 64, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005 of cancer at the InTrust Hospice Taylor House. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Federated Church, with burial following at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Gary was owner and president of Westco Products and a very active member of First Federated Church. He was very gracious with his love and cared deeply for people. He also enjoyed gold and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon of Des Moines; his four children, Lisa Davis of Des Moines and her fiancé David Darrell, David Howard of Chicago and his wife, Diane, Garret Johnson of Des Moines and his wife, Dotty and Chandra Harbour of St. Louis and her husband Jeff; his brother, Craig Johnson of Kansas City and his wife, D.J.; and his eleven grandchildren, Allie, Catie, Victoria and Nicholas Davis; Ava and Lydia Howard; Lauren, Austin and Gavin Johnson; and Jeffrey and Natalie Harbour.
The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Southtown Funeral Home. Memorials may be made tot he Building Fund at First Federated Church.
