The Life of INEZ IRENE THEOBALD
Services for Inez Theobald, 77, of 1519 Grand Ave., who died Sunday of a stroke at Mercy Hospital Medical Center, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Southtown Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Theobald, who was born in Crawford County and lived in Des Moines for the past 35 years, had been employed in Younkers Tea Room, retiring in 1968. She was active in the Retired Senior Citizens Volunteer Program and was a member of the 20-year Club at Younkers.
Survivors include a son, Norman of Des Moines; 3 sisters, Evelyn Fast of Hazel Green, WI, Della Lengman of Mason City and Gladys Loux of Sweet Home, OR; and two grandchildren.
