The Life of EVELYN M WALKER
Evelyn M Walker, 83, died June 27, 2003 at home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at All Saints Parish with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Walker prior to living in Newton, lived in Des Moines since 1947. She worked for Iowa State National Bank and was a member of All Saints Parish and Quilting Club.
She is survived by her husband, Robert H. Walker of Des Moines; son, Bryan and wife, Julie of West Des Moines; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Scripture and prayer service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Park Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
