The Life of MARY LOUISE PAYTON MULLEN

Mary Louise Robertson Mullen, 80, was born in Goldthwaite, TX on February 13, 1924 and died in Cedar Park, TX on March 9, 2004 of natural causes.  A long time resident of Des Moines, Mary owned and operated Auto-Re-Nu auto body repair in Des Moines and St. Paul, MN.  She and her husband, Ted retired to the Austin, TX area.

Mary is survived by three of her five children, Patsy Payton Laverty, Robin Payton Mullen and Linda Payton Williams; and her brothers, Dick Robertson, who currently lives in West Des Moines and J.C. Robertson who resides in Aiken, SC.

Visitation was held at Beck Funeral Home on Thursday, March 11.  There will also be a visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday March 16 at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines, IA.  Services will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 17 at the funeral home with interment immediately following in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
