The Life of WILMA K WILLIS
Wilma K. Willis, 92, died Friday, January 2, 2004 at Rowley Memorial Masonic Home in Perry, IA. Memorial services will be 2 p.m., Monday at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Wilma was born December 13, 1911 in Des Moines and lived in Chariton for over 50 years. She worked at Chariton Newspaper for over 20 years and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and First United Methodist Church in Chariton.
Wilma is survived by her son, Stephen B and his wife, Debra Willis of West Des Moines; sisters, Helen Hopkins of Lake Wylie, SC and Doris Schmacker of Dunedin, FL; granddaughter, Tori Willis of Dallas, TX and grandson, Greg Willis of West Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph and son, Jack.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Chariton.>>
