The Life of GLADYCE M WILBUR
Gladyce M. Wilbur, 78, of 1802 10th St., died of a heart ailment Thursday at home. Services will be graveside at 3 p.m. today in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilbur was born in Exira and lived in Des Moines 62 years. She was a retired postal clerk and previously had been a waitress for 30 years at the former Chickadee''s Restaurant.
Surviving are a daughter, Judy Wilbur of Des Moines; a sister, Dagmar Sorensen of Elk Horn; two brothers, Edwin Hansen of Elk Horn and Wilbert Hansen of Exira; a grandchild; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
