The Life of CAROLYN A MARXER
Services for Mrs. Carolyn Marxer, 68, of 3848 Beaver Ave., who died at Iowa Methodist Hostpial Friday of cancer, will be at 9:15 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she was a member with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Marxer lived in Des Moines 45 years and she and her husband Larry, who survives, were co-owners of the Chickadee restaurant before she retired.
Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carole Ann Nixon, Denver, Colo.; three sons, Richard, Des moines, Thomas, St. Louis, Mo., and Michael, Hoffman Estates, Ill.; eight grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Virginia Jones, Des Moines.
The rosary will be at 6:30 tonight at the Caldwell-Brien-Robbins Funeral Home.
