The Life of RONALD WILLIAM PAYNE

Ronald W. Payne, 36, of 1116 Seneca Ave. died Sunday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center of complications of AIDS.  Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Payne, a lifelong Des Moines resident, was a certified medical assistant at the Bishop Drumm Care Center and president of Dreams Can Come True, Inc.

Survivors are his parents, Oliver & Colleen Payne of Des Moines; three sisters, Phyllis McConnell of Plaino, JoAnn Thompson of Polk City and Janice Waggoner of Des Moines; two brothers, Raymond of Norwalk and Randy of Des Moines; and his grandmother, Elizabeth Payne of Des Moines.

Mr. Payne's longtime companion was Stan Clark of Des Moines.
