The Life of JOHN OPHIR PRESTON NAU
Services for Opir P Nau, 67, of 4085 NE Firty-third Ct, who died of a heart attack Tuesday while visiting in Rockford, IL, will be at 10:30 am Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Nau, a native of Evansville, IN, had been a Des Moines resident since 1932 and was office manager with the Burroughs Copr., 2603 Ingersoll Ave., before his retirement in 1967. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church.
Surviving are his wife, Dixie; three sons, John O of Rockford, John A of Des Moines, and Thomas J of Mount Olive, IL; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Mason and Mrs. Dixie Hines, both of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. John Kunst of Syracuse, NY; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
