The Life of LOUIS J BEUGIN JR
Louis J. Beugin, Jr., 70, of 4022 Thirty-ninth Street Place, died Saturday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital following a bout with cancer and a stroke.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Westover Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Beugin was born in Blythe and spent 40 years in Des Moines. He retired in 1974 as a truck driver for Smith Transfer Co. He was a member of Teamsters Local 147.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn, two children, five grandchildren and two sisters.
Contributions may be made to Mount Olive Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
