The Life of TROY DEAN WRAY
Troy Dena Wray, 9, son of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Wray, of 209 SE Philip St., died Thursday of complications following heart surgery at University Hospitals in Iowa City after a three-day illness.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens.
The Wray boy was a lifelong Des Moines resident and was a student at Van Meter School for handicapped children. He attended Airport Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, survivors includ his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Richard Stackhouse of Des Moines and Mrs. & Mrs. Paul Konrad of Spirit Lake.
The family suggests memorials to Van Meter School, 710 Twenty-eighth St.
