The Life of THOMAS LEWIS BURNS
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hamilton''s funeral Home for Thomas L. Burns, 74, of 3932 Tenth St., who died of a heart attack Tuesday at the Galaxy Theater where he worked as a projectionist. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Burns, a native of Adel, lived in Des Moines 70 years and was a member of the local 67 of the Theatrical Stage Employees and Moving Picture Machine Operators Union.
Surviving are his wife, Mayme A.; a daughter, Mrs. Kathern Curran of Des Moines; three sons, Donald M. of Des Moines, and Thomas H. and Robert T., both of Seattle, WA, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
