The Life of MARY E YARN NELSON
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home for Mary E. "Yarn" Nelson, 91, of 750 NE Sixtieth Ave. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
A lifelong residentof Des Moines, she died of a heart attack Friday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
Mrs. Nelson was a member of Union Park United Methodist Church and Hawkeye Chapter, Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by a daughter, Vivien Larsen of Des Moines, five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home until 9 p.m. today.
