The Life of VIVIAN PEARL REESE

V. Pearl Reese, 93, of Parkridge Manor Care Center, 4755 Parkridge Ave. Pleasant Hill, died of pneumonia there Saturday. Services will be at 10 am Tuesday at Hamilton's Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Reese was born in Page County and lived in Des Moines most of her life. She had owned Griff's Restaurant and was a member of Auburn Chapter of Order of the Eastern Star and Highland Park Christian Church.

Survivors include two sons, Rhys of Des Moines and Tom of Bartlet, TN; eight grandchldren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 pm today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
