The Life of CLEARENCENE A GULLETT
Clearencene A. Gullett, 70, of the 2300 block of Southwest Oralabor Road, Ankeny, died of cancer Tuesday at Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Trinity Church for the Deaf, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
The Rev. Gullett was born in Russellville, Arkansas and had lived there and in Franklin Park, Illinois before moving to the Des Moines area 47 years ago. She had been pastor at Trinity Church for the Deaf since moving to the Des Moines area.
A sister, Frances J. Romack of Nixa, MO, survives.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines or Trinity Church for the Deaf.
