The Life of DONALD TOFT
Services for Donald C. Toft, 53, of 3018 Vilura Parkway, who died Sunday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center of pneumonia, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Central Lutheran Church. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens.
A Des Moines resident since 1953, Mr. Toft was born in Belmond and was a retired commercial artist for Meredith Corp. He was a member of Central Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife, Marlys; a daughter, Wendy Wieland of Des Moines; two sons, Michael and Douglas, both of Minneapolis, MN.; his father, Thomas of Belmond; a sister, Doris L. Nuehring of Klemme; six brothers, Thomas E. Jr. and Robert D., both of Des Moines, Roger D. of San Ramon, CA, Clifford G. of Belmond, Jerry L. of Urbandale and Everett E. of West Des Moines; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests that any memorial contributions be made to Central Lutheran Church.
Friends may call until service time at the funeral home.
