Services for George W Miller, 55, of 2120 Capitol Ave who died Monday at Iowa Methodist Hospital of cancer, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton''''s Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Miller was born in Berwick and lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a retired foreman at the Ford Motor Co. implement plant and a member of Easton Place United Methodist Church.
The family suggests memorial contributons to the American Cancer Society or the Easton Place United Methodist Church.
Survivors, all of Des Moines, are his wife, Evelyn; a daughter, Mrs. Yvonne Nauman; a sister, Mrs. Genevieve Nelson; one brother, Orville Miller, and one granddaughter.
