The Life of ARDITH J ROMELTON
Ardith J. Romelton, 76, of 1258 E 33rd St. died of complications of Alzheimer''s disease Thursday at Altoona Manor Care Center. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Iles Grandview Park Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Romelton had lived in Des Moines all her life and was a retired clerk with Norman Cassidays. She had also been a volunteer with Iowa Lutheran Hospital, manager of Not New Clothing Shop and a member of Unity Lutheran Church.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; a daughter, Jody Melcher of Nevada; a son, Jon of Decorah; and a grandchild.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be persent from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
