Services for Gerald K. Chinn, 44 of 684 Thirty-first st. Des Moines attorney and former Drake University Law professor will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Dunn's Funeral Home on Grand , Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Chinn died of a heart attack Thursday at Iowa Methodist Hospital where he had been hospitalized with a heart condition since Monday, Surviving are his wife, Mary Jane; a son, Connlin Bradley, 17; a daughter Cristen Gale, 15a Brother, Rollin of Flossmoor, Ill, and two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Rowenhorst of orange City and Mrs. Arlene Heisler of Carbondale, Ill.
