The Life of MAYE VIOLA FENSTER
Maye Viola Fenster, 84, of 6930 NE 56th St., Altoona, died of a respiratory ailment Wednesday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Services will be at 7:30 p.m. today at Altoona Funeral Home. Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Fenster, a homemaker, was born in Columbus, ND, and moved to Altoona two years ago from Minot, ND.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeri Van Houten of Altoona and Hazel Bredahl of Madrid; a son, John of Topeka, KA; a sister, Grace Tyndaall of Columbus; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6:30 to 9 p.m.today at the funeral home.
