The Life of DONALD BUFORD SANFORD
Donald Buford Sanford. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Hamilton''s Funeral Home for Donald Sanford, 67, of 1525 SE Pleasant View Drive. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Sanford died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center.
Born in Runnells, he lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a truck driver, a member of International Mechanics Union Local 147 and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Charlotte Webb of Des Moines; two brothers, Sonny of Des Moines and Gerald of Chicago, IL; and a grandson.
Friends may call at the funeral home.
