The Life of EDWARD J DECKER
Edward J. Decker, 88, of Crystal Manor Care Center, 2501 24th St., died of a heart ailment Monday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. Services will be graveside at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Decker, a lifelong Des Moines resident, had been a key maker at Sears Roebuck and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Among survivors are a stepdaughter, Georgia Rochat of Mitchellville; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
