The Life of ILA E CARPENTER
Services for Ila E. Carpenter, 64, of 2534 Dean Ave., who died of a heart attack Wednesday in Liberal, Kan., will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Carpenter was born in Fort Dodge and lived in Des Moines most of her life. She was retired from Sidles Distribution Co. and was a member of First Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert L.; two sons, Kenneth of Des Moines and Jeff of Grinnell; a daughter, Linda Adams of Long Beach, Calif.; a brother, Kenneth Williams of Hemet, Calif.; and a grandchild.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home.
