The Life of LUCILLE M GLENN WATTERS

Lucille M. Watters, 80, of the 3600 block of Grand Avenue died of a respiratory ailment Tuesday at Mercy Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Anthony''s Catholic Church. Cremation will follow services. Mrs. Watters was born in Polk City and had lived in the Des Moines area all her life. She had been an executive secretary with Mercy Medical Center, Farm Bureau and the Iowa College Foundation. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Swartzbaugh of Omaha; two sons, Phillip of Clive and Jerry of Des Moines; a sister, Lillian Davis of Des Moines; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home, where a prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
