The Life of CLARA H VERGOS
Services for Mrs. Clara Vergos, 64, of 4039 Cornell St. will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Dahlstrom Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Vergos died of cancer Tuesday at Mercy Hospital after a one-month illness.
She was born in Pomeroy, had lived in Des Moines isnce 1932, and was the retired operator of the T&T Buffet.
She is survived by a son, Michael A. of San Diego; a daughter, Mrs. Georgia M. Larson of Des Moines; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth White and Mrs. Mary Gray, both of Des Moines, and six grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
