The Life of GUY HOMER KENNEDY
Guy H. Kennedy, 77, died January 1, 2007 at Norwalk CLC of complications from a stroke from many years ago. Guy was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa and graduated from Tech High School in Council Bluffs. He was a Salesman for Consolidated Supply both in Nebraska and Des Moines. He had been in the US Navy Gunners Mate 2nd Class during the Korean conflict.
He is survived by his wife Aileen Kennedy of Des Moines, his son, Michael Kennedy of Des Moines; daughters, Karen (Bob) Anderson of Rochester, MN, Debra (John) Cardines of Des Moines; brother, Phil Kennedy of FL, four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Memorial graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, January 5, 23007 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. R. D. Streeter of Staves Memorial United Methodist Church officiating. He will be buried with military honors.
