The Life of PHYLLIS DOLLINA DILLENBACK WALKER

Phyllis Dollina Walker, 81, of Indianola died of a heart ailment Monday at Mercy Medial Center.  The body will be cremated after visitation and graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Mrs. Walker was born in the Saylorville area and had lived in Chariton and Des Moines before moving to Indianola 10 years ago.  She had been a homemaker and dietary aide at Shannon Cafe in Indianola and Chariton Manor Nursing Home in Chariton.  She was well-known for her cooking and crocheting.

She is survived by three sons, Menzo Dillenback, Jr., of Ottumwa, Albert Dillenback of Grand Island, NB, and Robert Dillenback of Des Moines; three daughters, Laura Salisbury of Los Angeles, Sharon Evans of Hudson, Mass., and Phyllis Kirby of Rogers, AK; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her first husband, Menzo Dillenback, Sr., and her second husband, Charles Walker.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Hamilton''s near Highland Memory Gardens Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
