The Life of CLINTON A PRIEBE
Clinton A. Priebe, 81, of the 2600 block of East 38th Court died of sepsis and complication of Alzheimer''s disease and Parkinson''s disease Thursday at CLC Altoona. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Iles Grandview Park Funeral Home, with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Priebe had lived in Des Moines all his life. He was a retired truck driver with Western Transporation Co., an Army veteran of World War II and a member of New Testament Baptist Church and Teamsters Union Local 147. He enjoyed yard work and family activities.
He is survived by his wife, Marjorie; a son, Daniel, and two daughters, Julie Priebe and Cynthia M. Sharp, all of Des Moines; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to his church.
