The Life of JAMES LOUIS WILLIAMS
Services for James Louis Williams, 54, of 831 SE Kirkwood Ave. will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony''s Catholic Church, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Williams died of heart and kidney ailments Wednesday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.
A lifelong resident of Des Moines, he was a retired maintenance engineer for the Des Moines Public Schools. He was also a member of St. Anthony''s Catholic Church and was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Jean; a son, Michael of Seal Beach, CA; two daughters, Kim Polson of Des Moines and JoAnn Williams at home; two brothers, Clarence of Des Moines and Edwin of Whittier, CA; a sister, Nellie Coe of Des Moines, and two grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
