The Life of OSCAR LEO PARKER
Oscar Leo Parker,78, of 2000 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, died Saturday at West Park Care Center in West Des Moiens of a stroke. Services will be 3 p.m. Monday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home with burial at Highland Memory Gardens.
A native of Bussey, Mr. Parker had lived in Des Moines since 1929. He was a retired machine operator.
Survivors include his wife, Ferol; one daughter, Mrs. Darwin (Dorothy) Samuelson of Des Moines; two sons, Donald of Des Moines and Robert of Council Bluffs; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
