The Life of SUSAN ELAINE JONES
Susan E. Jones, 44, of the 3300 block of Fifth Avenue died of a heart ailment Monday at her home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Union Park Baptist Church in Des Moines, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones was born in Waterloo and had lived in Des Moines most of her life. She was an administrative assistant for C and J Leasing Management Corp.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; a daughter, Jennifer Jackson of Urbandale; two sons, Jordan and Justen of Des Moines; four brothers, Larry Phelps of LaCrosse, WI, Merlin Phelps and Norman Phelps, both of LaPorte City, and Richard Phelps of Pensacola, FL; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Hamilton''s Funeral Home in Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
